Optyc Nerd Larimer Lounge Post Show Interview

Optyc Nerd is an interesting duo with an electronic rap sound that is honestly pretty awesome, especially as someone who didn’t particularly enjoy rap music at the time of this interview, don’t worry though my music tastes have evolved since then as well. They have this nice groove to them that you can easily vibe along with. Chris and Chris (which also sounds like it could be a good name for them) are a pair of friends who met at college and formed their grouping. They are very chill, down to earth guys that just want to get their voices out there with solid lyrics and a beat. This was a fun interview to do as it felt like old friends even though we had just met that night. I can’t wait to see them again in the future and catch up. Sadly the duo did disband as of June 21, 2022.
